Reproduce the flaky upload first. Put the error, steps, and environment from the message into this session. Narrow it down. State the root cause with evidence. If you cannot reproduce it, say what is needed and stop before any pull request.

Make the smallest fix and add a regression test that fails before the fix and passes after it.

Edit the working tree only. Do not commit, push, merge, or switch away from the current branch. Run the quality gate from AGENTS.md and report the commands you ran and their results.

Do not open a pull request unless the CEO asked for one or named a ticket. If they did, wait for Approve, then publish a new stellarfirm/coder/<slug>-<job> branch with git push -u origin (never force) and open a draft pull request.

Never merge. Never force-push. Never push the default branch. Do not use subscription-login tokens. Do not paste secrets or personal data from logs.
