## What European teams will get

### Transparency

We will tell people when they are dealing with an AI Agent Assistant, and we will explain what the system does.

### Human oversight

The CEO approves risky steps before an assistant sends, publishes, or changes something outside the business. We will keep that oversight for teams in Europe.

### Logging and an audit trail

We will keep a record of what the assistants did, so a business can review the work.

### Risk documentation

We will write down how the system is meant to be used and where the risks sit.

### Data processing in the EU

We will process business data in the EU. If EU residency is a priority for your team, we will do it.

### A DPA

We will offer a data processing agreement for businesses that need one under the GDPR.
